  (+)  Organizational:  Each Operations Region has five Coordinators, and each Coordinator is responsible in his or her Region for all aspects of two of the ten main Focus Areas of the United Civil Rights Councils of America. Every ROC (Regional Operations Coordinator) must, of course, belong to all of the State Yahoo Groups in his/her Region, in order to spread their two Focus Areas... Each of the Focus Areas has its own action committee, and each committee includes each of the respective Coordinators from all seven Regions that are responsible for that same Focus Area, plus the five National Board Directors who have the same Focus Area, for a total of twelve people per national Focus Area Committee.
